The Living Aquarium

 The next day we got up and headed to the Living Aquarium in Sandy! The kids really enjoyed it! You can pet the Sting Rays, and Star Fish, Brookie wasn't interested in the star fish, and i'm not really sure if she knew where the Sting Ray was, but everyone else was putting their hand in water, and she wanted to too!!

 She loved seeing the big fish!! They would swim right up to the glass and she would try to get them! It's always fun to watch her discover new things and learn so much!! We had a great weekend, It was nice to get away and just have fun! We haven't really been able to do anything all summer and so it was just what we needed, made it hard to come back to work! That's for sure! Thanks everyone for a fun time!! :)



The coolest hotel EVER!

 Well I don't have a picture of what makes it the coolest hotel ever, but the pool had a slide that went outside the hotel and then back in!! and it was PITCH BLACK!!! It was way cool!! The rooms were way nice too, The boys stayed with us in our hotel room so that Mel and Bry would have a bit more room in theirs with the other 2 kiddos and their neighbor that came too... They enjoyed staying with us cause we got Pizza delivered to our room! After swimming for a couple hours it sure does make you hungry!!

 Everyone Playing Basketball in the pool! Brooklyn LOVED having the ball and Joey would lift her up and let her put it in the hoop! She thought that was awesome!! She is a little fishy! She has only been swimming one time before here and she loves it, she didn't want to get out!! and she was shivering soo bad, but i'd get her out and she would crawl to Joey to get her back in!

We had a good time palying at the pool for a while! We will definately be staying there again someday!!!

Day at the Zoo!

We took Brooklyn to the Zoo for her very first time last weekend! She thought it was pretty cool, she is still a little young to see the little animals, but the ones she could see she thought was pretty awesome!!! We went with Joey's brother and his wife and kids, they are the ones Joey is in the business with, and we all made matching shirts, which was a good idea, Easy to find kids when they ran off!!

 The baby elephant was playing in the water when we first got there and then it got out and was dancing and splashing the water around Brooklyn loved it!

 Joey Pushing Brooklyn! We went on a day that was over cast and perfect zoo weather, but it was still pretty hot!! We got an icey to share... but I think Joey and I both got a sip of it and then Brooklyn wouldn't give it up! But she was sooo cute drinking it, we didn't mind :)

 We let the kids ride on the Carousel. It was Brookies first time and I wasn't sure if she would like it or not but she loved it! This is the animal she chose to ride on....

 She kept calling the little kitties, doggies, but she would get up to the glass and pound it and start babbling! it was sooo cute!!! She could have stayed there all day I think

 I love this picture of her and the Giraffe, looking at the map trying to figure out where she wants to go next! The Giraffe's were super cool and big and she was definately able to see them!

 The Tiger was playing in the water also, the perfect way to cool down!! I'm sure the kids were wishing they were playing in water all day too!

After the Zoo we went to dinner at Chilli's and then we decided we were all tired to drive home so we spent the night in a hotel... But that needs a blog post all of it's own!! It was seriously one of the coolest hotels I've ever stayed at!!! We had a great time at the zoo and seriously Can't wait to go again!!! :)
