Brooklyn's New Toy

 We got Brooklyn this new toy and she LOVES IT!!!! She lays and kicks and babbles while playing with it! Check the video out at the end (don't mind me! lol )

September is always a crazy month for us! Definately a good kind of crazy! We've got Joey's birthday, our Anniversary, and the deer hunt! Doesn't seem like much, but lately life is always crazy so adding those few extra events makes it seem double crazy!! Just an update on us before diving into those events, School has started and Joey is enrolled as a full time student. The poor guy doesn't ever get a break! He is still working on top of that and taking care of Brookie while i'm at work. His day starts bright and early... 5 am he has to go to work for 5 hours then he is off to class from 10 until 1:30 and then he is on baby duty from 1:30 to 10. It makes for super long days but he is doing amazing at it!! I know sometimes he wants to scream, but he hasn't once given up!! I'm so proud of him!! :) As for me, i'm still just working 1:30p-10p, nothing too exciting I used to work with one other supervisor at night, but she stepped down so I run the place from 7p-10p. It gets crazy sometimes helping everyone out at the same time, but I'm managing so far! 

NOW... onto the good stuff! JOEY'S BIRTHDAY!!!! I don't have the pictures off his dad's camera yet, but we had cake and Ice cream over at his parents house the night before, since I had to work the day of :( But for his birthday he got a new air mattress and some Bright oranage sheets! That night we got home from his parents house and camped out in the living room! It was fun, since we haven't been camping since before I was pregnant!  It's always fun spending time together!! Seems like it doesn't happen enough with us both running around crazy like!

Our next adventure was our 3rd year anniversary... We went and stayed at the Anniversary Inn, Again! It was so nice to have a relaxing weekend away! My mom watched Brooklyn over night and made it possible for us to get away! She was such a good girl for Grandma, and Joey and I only worried a little (okay A LOT... Welcome to parenthood, RIGHT??) We stayed in the Carriage lane room. I didn't get the best pictures but the room was kind of small, so your not missing much! The bed was in the carraige with the TV right at the end of it!

Our actual anniversary was on Monday, and Joey sent me the most beautiful flowers at work! I put together a list of 100 things I love about Joey and then got a couple of items off the list as a present and put them in a bucket... can't take all the credit- thanks Dating Divas! We had Manicotti for dinner that night and watched a movie :) it was great! Happy Three years babe! I love you!!

Well thats pretty much all that has happened so far. Joey is hunting today-- it's opening day, so pray he gets to shoot at something!! :D I'm sure I'll be posting pictures of the hunt soon, cause we got some SUPER CUTE camo for brooklyn to wear!! Can't wait!!

3 Months

Brooklyn is now three months old. She has such a fun personality we are just enjoying her presence in our home SOOO much!!! She giggles, and talks and trys to put everything she can get her hands on in her mouth. She has started to reach for things, and she plays so well with her toys! It's getting harder to take pictures of her, she doesn't like to sit still for long!

She started sucking on her thumb a while back, but I think we broke that habbit, but now she sucks on her bottom lip, something we are trying so hard to get her to stop doing!! The last three nights she has slept through the night! We are getting ready to move her to her crib and to start cereal!!!!! We'll see if she'll like it or not! Brooklyn is such a sweet heart! Full of smiles for everyone around!!

Last week Joey's Brother Justin got married. It was a good day. Thanks Jason and Staci for watching Brooklyn while we were in the sealing. Brooklyn was a good girl all day and we got this super cute dress for the wedding!

They got married on a Thursday and had a reception in Montecello on Saturday that we drove down to. We got to hang out all day, and Brooklyn was so cute!! She was all smiles and her and her daddy look good!! They are having an open house Tomorrow (Saturday) so we will try to get a picture of all three of us then!!

*A New Toy For my Boy*

For the last year and a half Joey has been asking for a surround sound, and I've told him no.  Well I finally gave in, and Joey finally got his surround sound. Not going to lie it's pretty nice! It's a little powerful for our little apartment but when we get into a house it'll definately be worth it! I LOVE plugging in my Ipod and jammin out! lol
